Monera Financial is now financing resale contracts for all Disney Vacation Club properties. This includes The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, Aulani Disney Vacation Club Villas, and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort along with all the Florida properties at Walt Disney World and Vero Beach. This will also mean we can finance resale contracts for any future DVC properties such as the new Disneyland Tower.
