Monera Financial is now financing resale contracts for all Disney Vacation Club properties. This includes The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, Aulani Disney Vacation Club Villas, and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort along with all the Florida properties at Walt Disney World and Vero Beach.
